Sounds like we are in a similar boat! I want to get down to 115, ASAP, hopefully by the end of June. Just 7.5 lbs left to go! I have been a vegetarian for 12 years - I'd love to chat about it!
What changes is everyone making to lose those last few pounds? It's so tough! My body has more or less evened out at 122/123 pounds, but I can't help but think about how much happier I felt between 115 and 118. I have been lazy with the gym, but have been eating healthy as I usually do. What changes has everyone made to get those last few pounds off?
