I call it retail therapy and I am subscriber, but NOW is the time to get busy put your hot work out clothes on and get to the health club. No more Haagen Daz ice cream, you can do it !!
That's not vanity, but motivation! I think money spent on cute workout clothes is fine, as long as you actually wear them to work out! ... and a well fitting sports bra is a must. Good luck getting back into work out mode!
My car has pulled into the mall on my way to the gym one or two hundred times! And I rationalized it by buying at least one sports-wear item that I "had to have!" The key is to get the car to the gym more times than the mall! As for Retail Therapy - definitely a subscriber! Only I tend to need it most when I'm low on cash!
