Hi ladies(and gents!) I'm looking for motivational books about weight loss. I'm not really looking for recipes, but for something to encourage me to lose the weight and keep it off. SusanB recommends "Thin For Life" by Anne M Fletcher, which I will purchase, but do any of you have any others to suggest? I would appreciate any suggestions! Thank you!
I really like The Beck Diet Solution by Dr. Judith Beck. It isn't a diet book so to speak, but it talks about our mindset and how to get through some of the mental aspects of weight loss. Very good book, so good that I bought it! Usually I am a library kind of girl!

I read a lot and feel that knowledge is power in the health game. Most of the books and magazines I've read have something noteworthy to remember.
