Did you win the last one? Well done!

I am into my maintenance range, but I do still want to get down to 135 so I am hovering in between here and the maintainers' forum. I only weigh once a week now though so I will check in again next Wednesday.

Thumbs up October goal...

After taking a two month break from intense exercise and dieting, I'm back! And more than ready to get a few lbs off my booty.

Hi Guys,

Wondering if I can join your challenge. I posted on chicks up for a challenge for a couple of months. I've been taking a posting break for a while, and I need some renewed support. How does your challenge work? How many lbs are we trying to loose? Heather

Hi Heather,

Hope it's OK for me to answer from a not-very-well-informed perspective. I think we are doing 2lbs to judge from the top poster - sometimes it is 3, so if I'm wrong perhaps somebody else could say? It seems that you post your start (for this challenge), current, and goal weight, then update the current weight. Whoever gets to the mini-goal first then gets to start the next thread.

I have been posting on these for several weeks but never seem to get anywhere, I think I'm on a plateau - and it doesn't help that my weight can vary by a pound or two from day to day, though it hovers around the same point. However I'll have another go this week. Good luck!

I've got down to 156 :0) only 2lbs over the 11 stone, which is nice. I can't remember the last time I weighed 11 stone.

I am assuming this means I get to start the next one. But if I am wrong, please do correct me.

My I join too? I did a 5# challenge in the spring and did pretty well. I think I lost a total of 10# in 2-3 months. I have since then gained back about 5 so I really need to get back in gear! Slow and steady wins the race, right?!
