Default losing 14 pounds in my 40s

Hello featherweights!
desperately trying to drop 14# that slowly crept up on me. Frankly, I make no excuses-I love to eat. I could write a book on nutrition. I need support and it is hard to talk about it w/really heavy folks as I am embarrassed to complain to them.
Love to hear the success stories and struggles of y'all.
Peace.

Hi there mfc! I'm in my forties too (45) - and I think the weight does go on easier and is harder to shift again as we get older. But it can be done! And you'll get lots of support from the ladies on this forum.

Each week, a new thread goes up where we do all our discussions. This is this week's thread:

http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=106270

Or, while in the forum, click on support groups, then featherweights and look for the most recent thread.
