I would like to share with you a way that God has answered my prayers over something very pertinent.
I suffer from severe arthritis in both of my knees and have been putting off going to my doctor because I didn't want the "fat " talk.
The pain has been absolutely dominating my life, my exercise tolerance and my sleep. So I plucked up courage to go after much prayer.
Well.......my GP was wonderful and prescribed a combination of medications. As a result my pain is at least 50% reduced!!! Praise God!
So now I see it as my part to now honour that answer to prayer and treat my body with respect.

So glad you are getting some relief! I shun the doctors also for the same reason. But, that's why we are here - to get our weight where it belongs, so we won't have to feel that way about doctors forever.
