Default I did it!!!

For the very first time ever, ever.... I just ran a complete mile in 15 minutes!!!!!! I am so happy and excited. I never thought I could run at this weight, let alone a full mile!

That's awesome!! Congratulations!!

Isn't it such a wonderful feeling?!? I ran my first mile ever two weeks ago and never thought I could be a runner.

And don't shortchange yourself, there are many runners out there that aren't slim and light. Myself included.

Here's to many more miles...
