Post Susan Pewter workouts :-)

I pulled out one of my old Susan Pewter tapes today, and was very pleased with myself... I remember when I was in the 200's, how hard her tapes were, but I believed in her system... I work out to Leslie Sansone, and notice their system's and beliefs are similar, which is just fine with me.

Working out to Susan's moving tape, I could really fell the different without really getting fatigued... My legs felt lighter, and thanks to Leslies tapes, I was able to stick with the upper arm moves without giving up.

Just wanted to chat about it..

P.S.

Does anyone know how Susan is doing? I really like her a lot, and appreciated the fact that, she had been overweight herself, and knew exactly how we felt...
