Hey everyone I was just wondering if you could recommend how to start excersizing. I'm really, really out of shape, haven't done any real excersise since 3 years ago in gym class. lol I'd like to be able to run regularly eventually but right now that is out of the question, but I do have a treadmill at home. What should I start with?

I would recommend just starting a walking program at first. Try listening to music or watching a TV program on your treadmill and set aside a certain time to get it done. Then build up to running/walking intervals. There is a couch to 5-k program that I haven't tried but people say is great. Hopefully someone will post that info for you. Good luck!

You could always start with walking one mile and building up. Have you tried Leslie Sansone's Walk Away The Pounds? They're pretty simple, no difficult dance steps, and they get your heart pumping.

You could go to thewalkingsite.com and see their advice.

I agree with aphrodite...Walk Away The Pounds series is a great workout if youneed a place to start. Leslie Sansone has different levels from a basic 1 mile walk all the way up to a walk/jog. Just remember to take it slow, whatever you choose do a proper technique and if something is too hard in the beginning...just march in place.
