can someone tell me how to add up body fat percentages? like i started at 28.3% and am now 21.9% so how do i add the .9 and the .3? i mean i know thats .12 but what does that equate to?
What are you trying to figure out? Why would you want to add these numbers? If you want to figure out how much body fat you've lost as a percent, subtract 21.9 from 28.3. Your body fat is now lower by 6.4%. What was the total number of pounds that you lost? That will tell you how much fat vs. lean mass you are losing.
