Can anyone help, I'm following the Body Optimising diet and going to the gym first thing in the morning 5 times a week if poss, have lost 2 stone but have many more to go.
My question is, What is is best, eat before going to the gym and if yes, what kind of food (carbs) but what carbs or eat after the gym?
I really mean business this time so I want to maximise my weight loss as I've finally made it to the gym!!!!!!!!!!!
I'd be glad of any help!
