I was going thru lots of diets/life changes/etc and I can suggest to you - if you are not sure what to eat and how much - why don't you join in the program. I personally could not cound WW points but I felt really good on Jenny Craig - for 3 month I used their temprorary memebership and I lost about 18 pounds with them. After 3 month those portions and life style kind of engraved into my life style and I did not need them anymore. So if you are not sure what to eat and how much - joining a program might be for you.
