Default Ab Roller

My DH and I bought an Ab Roller (not the one w/ pro assist, I think it's an old one) and a Exercise Bike at a yard sale for $5 ...

The bike works great, it's nice to be able to do it at home and my son can play....

Now the only thing, how do I use the Ab Roller!!! I have no idea!

I used to have one of these years ago, but I don't remember the position to be in. It basically just supported the crunches. Mine had a video with it. Look on ebay, maybe you can get just the video from somebody.
