Anyone else use Couch to 5K?
I am on week 8 of Couch to 5K and about to graduate. I have been stubborn with myself and haven't repeated any weeks; although, I sometimes think I should have because it has been getting harder. I used to be in Varsity Track and Cross Country in high school and would run 30 miles a week back then. I don't know if this has been a plus in getting back to it after so many years and so many pounds later, but I like to think that it has.
What are your thoughts about this program?
