Does anyone do yoga?

I always thought it was for skinny flexible people. I have been going once a week with a friend and love it.

I have issues with my si joint and low back pain and I feel like some of the stretches are really helping out. I am still learning the different kinds of yoga. I went to a vinyasa flow and it felt more like a pilates exercise because there was a lot more movement than I expected!

I love the effects of Yoga. I'm not a huge fan of doing yoga, but I love what it does for my body. Typically I do Vinyasa yoga as well. I have a bad back and very tight hamstrings, hips, and shoulders and Yoga helps in all those areas. Plus it does wonders for my balance.

I love yoga! If I take a break, I find I dislike the actual class at first, but love how I feel after. After a few weeks of going regularly, I start liking both the classes and how I feel.
It gets easier the more you go pretty quickly and does wonders. I like Hatha yoga-the slower gentler yoga, but you still get a work out. The Vinyasa Power yoga (heated) feels like gymnastics and I don't like how they make you take 20 min to run through the flow by yourself. I always forget it haha

No one gets flexible unless they work on it regularly! Glad you like it
