I need to start making time for exercise and mixing it up so I don't get bored. My plan is to start out a minimum of 15 min a day. I'm telling myself that is better than doing nothing. I know from past experience that I will feel so much better afterwards.
I enjoy exercise more when I know I am doing it rather than other sh!t. I exercise rather than work. I exercise rather than looking after the kids. I exercise rather than this, that and everything else.
