Well we did some exploring on the mt bikes today, boy the area we went was pretty challenging. No wonder nobody doesn't bike out there! haha Well only ended up burning 360 calories even whilst the challenge.
Well I haven't been this low since April! However, that being said, looking back at my logs it is pretty sad I gained 10 lbs in less than a year! Boy did that creep up fast!
Seems like I wasn't that low this past year, but I think I've been more along averaging 155 most the year. Gah!
Anyways, we did T25 total body circuit. New one for us...not too bad. Also I did some abs after for a total of 250 calories burned. Net intake 1100.
Rest day, well my husband didn't want to work out LOL. I ended spending extra time on food prep and went to sams club (boy was that a mistake! crowded like crazy!)
So total intake for the day was 1500. Amazing how fast pizza adds up, most of the calories come from the crust, sauce, and cheese.......the best parts! Alas, it is still lower than my daily maintain intake.
I also started a supplement today 7Keto DHEA. Supposed to speed up metabolism and burn more calories with no side effects. It overall has good reviews on Amazon, but they vary from no effect to very effective. I am sure it has to do with the person, and their lifestyle. I will see how it goes, if I don't notice any difference I will stop for sure, no need to blow money if it doesn't work!

We did a short bike ride today, as we were slow to get out. So I burned about 270 calories...Had some junk food later...which brought me all the way up to 1600 for the day...I am hoping that I am overestimating on that number.
Nice! But, had a few cocktails later in the day, which ended up being 750 calories..........WAY more than I thought initially....Ugg, and i didn't even eat real supper. So I am OVER 2000........around 2060 guessing. My heart rate monitor quit on me today and my gear fit won't work with Edomondo now after the Lollipop update. Technology is just giving me the finger......
I did exercise, but I am only guesstimating a burn of 300. Did a little biking with my niece and then 20 minutes of weights.
Still can't get my stupid technology to work... talk about irritating.......
So it was such a nice day we went for about a 2 mile walk. My hubby usually gets home around 5, so limited daylight makes it tough to go to the trails to ride bike at this time of year. I may be needing to order a new HRM and as for my GearFit my hubby may have to revert my phone back onto KitKat...but it looks like a lot of screwing around. Plus I don't want it to screw up my phone bah, updates my ***!
Well the day started out pretty good. Barely exercised. We went biking behind the house as when my hubby woke me up I felt tirrrrrred. Only burned 125 calories....then later proceeded to gorge myself in a large supper, with a few glasses of wine.....So no guesses even, I don't want to know!
Well nothing went as planned today. Started out nice, we were going to go hiking. Then we got a call and his mom got into a car accident. So we went to see her and she spent several hours in the ER waiting on treatment, scan results, and the doctor's exam. Took forever! They really drug their feet there, plus we had to hassle the nurses just to get them to cover her open wounds! She will be ok, but has 2 broken ribs and some major bruising around the seatbelt areas. They kept her over tonight to ensure that the bruises stop bleeding as she is on lots of blood thinners. Poor hubby is worried
Needless to say I didn't eat much until I got home. We did go to burger king for a break, and what a joke! I ordered two grilled chicken wraps...no lettuce. They later come out and tell me there's no tortillas.....no tortillas in el paso?! Well then spare some carbs, I just told them to put the chicken in the bowl. So they give me two tiny fingers of chicken in two separate bowls WITH LETTUCE!! WTF! So that annoyed the **** out of me. Ate the two tiny chicken pieces, drank a ton of diet coke, and the snuck some fries from my husband...........
So, going backwards in weight GAH! Didn't help that I had a sugar cookie party...then people brought wine........I had a bowl of cereal, ate a bunch of cookie dough and cookies......had a few glasses of wine. Then I didn't eat a meal till night time when I went to my mother in laws and made Chinese. So I have no idea how many calories I ate, again....
SO, I had every intention of exercising before my company came...but alas I ran out of time of course........
So less than a week and way to many cheat days. boo.
