Default August Home Fitness..Brag It Here!!

Hiya all..I did not see a thread for those doing exercise at home and without dvds..I thought we can share and brag on any fitness doing at home...either walkng,dancing, housechores,errands. .etc...I hope on getting company on my fitness efforts...Let's brag about it!!

Saturday....walked 30 min..
Sunday...walked 30 min so far!!

I adore fitness...and need to push myself...My body is telling me ,since my sciatica flare ups is acting on me..I am not done yet!!

Happy movements !!!

Wink My August Workout @ Home:

I begin my morning by having oatmeal.

Then I hang the laundry out to dry from night before washer batch.

Then I sweep the entire house.

Then I mop whatever room needs mopping.

Then I vacuum, my asthma doesn't give me much choice there.

I have to clean the RR mirrors, as my brother is a terrible, thankless slob.

I already said I mop, restrooms also.

Then I bring in the clothes from the line that are dry.

Then I make a salad w/ 1 egg, and some cheese, and croutons and lite dressing, and eat. I drink loads of ice water all day.

Then I make more ice cubes as needed.

I water the lawns, e/o (eve).

I water my plants on the porch daily(mornings)

Then 6pmish I go to the gym e/o night.

Then when I return I soak in the tub w/ bath salts and Mr. Bubble.

Then I crash into my bed after I watch Criminal Minds, Royal Pains, and Rush.

This is my daily physical as well as mental work out and warm down @ home and away....Too.

I usually go to the gym but I added exercise at home too.
Crunches, side crunches, pushups, leg raises, weights, and planking (trying to perfect it...Lol) and a tad yoga...not much.
Plus I started taking the stairs instead of elevator.
