Default Arthritis Anyone?

Okay, so here's my problem!...

I'm 19 years old, and diagnosed with arthritis in my left ankle (old horse riding accident). I've recently started taking Glucosamine Condrotin, although when this bottle runs out, I'm going to switch to the Osteo Bi-Flex. While comparing the ingredients I liked the looks of the Osteo much better. (I've looked into a lot of joint research for horses, so thankfully I know what to look for! )

Anyways, I'm just wondering, does anyone else deal with this? I'm fine just walking, but I want to get back into running. I think I just need to ease my way back into it, does anyone have any grand tricks or suggestions on how to exercise AND keep my ankle comfortable?

Thanks in advance!
