Default 30 Day Zumba Dance Party!

Hey everyone,

I just received my Zumba Exhilarate DVD's. I am going to zumba daily for the month of February (IA) and I want to know if anyone wants to dance with me!!

I'll be weighing/measuring myself in on the 1st and then putting the scale away for the next 30 days! I'll weigh/measure myself on the last day.

Join me if you'd like, either way I'll post my results!

Whooo!!

I've done the 1st dvd, Activate 5x in 3 days so far! It's that much fun. I wake up and I'm excited to put it in!

I don't listen to the instructions anymore. Just press the "feel it" option and work it! There are only 2 song routines that I fumble up sometimes. I have a tight right hip, so I need to keep working on that and then those routines will flow better.

Going to weigh myself on the 1st and see what a weeks worth of activate (and a normal-not so great diet) does for me.

***I have been pigging out on hot dogs, pizza, pb&J's and a LOT of bread and butter! I normally don't eat these things, but I didn't go shopping this week! Even though I feel good from exercising, I doubt the scale will have budged!****

Still feeling the workout though!

So, after a weeks worth of activate daily and a HORRIBLE diet (worse than what I eat during my cycle///cinnabuns, hot dogs, 6 pieces of bread and butter in one day! etc.)...I lost 1 lbs and 1 inch off of my stomach.

I took measurements/weighed myself.

FEB: 1
Weight: 197
-------------
Bust: 38
Arm: 14
Waist: 38
Butt: 46 (Daaay-um)
Thigh: 28.5
Calf: 18.5

**I wish I wasn't doing this on a carpet =/

I feel so much stronger, but I need to start eating healthier. Only 3 weeks to go!

The "rush" dvd is fun! I played it twice today so far (a 20 minute dvd). I'll study for a bit, take a break and do a 5-10 minute dance routine, then go back to studying. Keeps me focused! I can definitely see myself doing rush in the morning before school and again when I get home from class. Then I can do a longer dvd (exhilerate etc) for my "workout".

I'm hoping to get to the grocery store tomorrow and buy lots of healthy foods. My diet has been bread and more bread and burger king =(.
