Hey Everyone! Just thought I'd put out a heads up about these free apps for exercise routines. Normally they're paid so you might want to check them out/download them while they're free!
I did the 45 min "Get Strong", "Advanced" Gladiator workout with 10 lb handweights (I just used a 10 lb weight instead of a medicine ball for the Russian Twists). I thought I was going to die, but in such a good way. It was also nice because you can set one of your playlists to play in the background, so you've got your music going, videos, and a really tough workout.
