I did the 45 min "Get Strong", "Advanced" Gladiator workout with 10 lb handweights (I just used a 10 lb weight instead of a medicine ball for the Russian Twists). I thought I was going to die, but in such a good way. It was also nice because you can set one of your playlists to play in the background, so you've got your music going, videos, and a really tough workout.

Another great fitness app for free workout videos is Sweatn.com.
I have been using it on the iPad and it's awesome.
