Default Favorite Work-Out Songs?

I'm making a fresh playlist...any suggestions for good cardio songs? I listen to everything (and I do mean everything- gangsta rap, modern bubblegum pop, oldies pop, rock, angry music, sappy music, etc. whatever sounds good to me at the time)

What are you favorite workout tunes?

If I'm going for speed when running/jogging, I usually put on Bangarang by Skrillex or Get Up by Korn. Anything that has a mechanical, chaotic feel to it helps. I try to think of my body as a machine that I just need to do a tuneup on so that type of music speaks to me.

You said "angry music," so I'll give you some of my favorite - "I've had a stressful day and I just need to run it off songs."

"Living Dead Girl" Rob Zombie
Never Gonna Stop" Rob Zombie
"Under and Over It" Five Finger Death Punch
"Blood" In This Moment
"Tonight" Seether
"I Will Not Bow" Breaking Benjamin
"Love Bites" Halestorm
"A World So Cold" Mudvayne

Some hip-hop tracks:

"Give Me Everything" Pitbull
"Look at Her Go" T-Pain
"Stronger" Kanye

"Blister in the Sun" Violent Femmes (never could sit still when this song is on!)
"I Run for Life" Melissa Ethridge
"Porn Star Dancing" My Darkest Days

HW: 225, lost 75lbs in 2011 LW: 150
Losing again starting from 210 5/9/2017

No words of widsom. After years of reflection and dieting, I still don't have this thing figured out.

I always listen to really lowbrow/guilty pleasure pop. A few of my favourites:

Party In The USA - Miley Cyrus
Love You Like a Love Song - Selena Gomez
Left My Heart in Tokyo - Mini Viva
Call Me Maybe - Carly Rae Jepson
I Don't Feel Like Dancing - Scissor Sisters

My playlist is super camp and super motivating!

If there's one song right now that gets me pumped it's Radioactive by Imagine Dragons. I blast it on repeat the whole drive to the gym and get into the pool feeling like I can blast out laps. Ellie Goulding's Figure 8 is also good for that sort of thing.

Anything by Ke$ha. I'm not usually a fan and all her songs sound pretty much the same but have great beats for working out.

For fast treadmill walking:
Half the songs from Moulin Rouge album - really like that version of Lady Marmalade
Ain't no other man - Christina Aguilera
Heard it through the Grapevine (Oldie alert! Must be the Gladys Knight version)
Walk Away - Kelly
Oye Como Va - Tito Fuente verion
Slave for you - Brittney Spears (I'm not a fan of hers but this song has such a good beat to walk to!)
All for you - Janet Jackson
