I am trying to find a way to do strength training at home that doesn't involve buying a whole bunch of weights for which I neither have the room nor the money. Has anyone used resistance bands? What do you think about them?
I have them and I really enjoy them. They are easy to travel with, especially if you're flying and need the weight in your suitcase for other things. Mine are color coded and have clips on the end of them so I can attach the handles that come with the bands to whichever one I'm using at the time.
I'd love to find a really good Resistance Band work out DVD so I can learn a fitness routine to use with them.
