In regards to following a work out regime that promises [X amount lost in a month]...
How likely are those results to occur? My friend and I are starting a new workout plan that guarantees the loss of 20lbs/2 pant sizes in a month. It's like, an hour of weight training, 90 minutes of cardio in addition to eating properly. I'm excited to try it, but will it produce the results it says? Do most of these type of work outs give the results they say they will?
