when i first started exercising my ribs and the back of my ribs and lower back really hurt.. whilst doing the exercise and
most definitely afterwards!
my cousins who is a personal trainer recommended i didn't do a full crunch but started of doing mini ones its really worked and a couple weeks later here i am doing full crunches with no pain at all.
all that said the muscle ache after hasn't gone away just yet.
