My exercise regime varies. Sometimes 3x a week alternating days, sometimes 4x a week straight. Sometimes it's zumba, sometimes the gym, sometimes Pilates. Sometimes I go to the gym twice a day, sometimes it's just one easy yoga class.
I find this works best for me. For now. I give myself plenty of rest when I'm feeling drained, and I don't do so much that I feel I can eat a pizza when I'm done (
). I also realize that 10 pounds from now I might want to do something different, and that will be fine, too. What's important is that I'm feeling good about my workouts, and I'm seeing results.
