How much should I be working out? C25K Question
I am on week 2 of the C25K program. So thats only 3 days a week of walk/jogging at 20 minutes, plus a 10 minutes brisk walking. (So far)
But I am super motivated to lose weight and 3 days a week at 20 minutes doesn't seem like enough. I feel like if I had a personal trainer they would work me out MUCH harder than that. What would you all recommend? |
Oh, definitely get a personal trainer and continue with the C25K :yes: ....
The trainer will complement your running beautifully... IMHO |
Add some weights on the days between running. I run Sun, Tues, Thurs (started with C25K) and do weights on Mon, Wed, Fri. Saturday is a rest day (you need at least one a week in my opinion)!
