A few months ago, I started Zumba. I was nervous, almost didn't go, but I did. I am way overweight and totally hate exercise. All of this being said, ZUMBA is my favorite part of the week and the very best thing that I do for myself both mentally and physically.
If you are hesitant to go, don't be. Give it a try. If you have hated exercise your entire life...try Zumba....IT could make as big of a difference in your life as it has in mine....
