Default Favorite Wii work out games

I have been using my Wii Fit to get some extra exercise in at home on days where I can't do my walk. I am bored with it and would like to find a game that is more challenging and has a smoother flow. What games for the Wii are people using to get in some exercise? Tia

I love EA Sports Active 2 for the Wii it has alot of different exercises to choose from and today I am gonna be buying the dance dance revolution for the Wii and I have also played Just Dance 2 which is a fun workout and also Zumba

I know what you mean about wii fit...it was great in the beginning when my fitness level was basically about zero, but now it's too easy/boring. I have zumba, it's fun! I've heard good things about the EA sports, but haven't tried it. I've seen just dance and that looks fun too, but I don't own it yet.

The Biggest Loser is pretty good. You can choose from a light, moderate, heavy or an intense workout.

I also have wii fit plus but it isnt all that great & after doing it for 30 minutes no sweat is glazing my face..which basically means it isnt working lol

The thing with wii is that it shouldn't be your only means of exercise. I also run on my treadmill & do wii in the evening : )

I have been searching Amazon and have read so many reviews I am practically blind. I don't know why, but this is a big decision for me!

maybe cause the games tend to be expensive and you dont wanna waste your hard earned money? :P i know thats why ive avoided getting new fitness games for the wii...

maybe go see if you can rent some at blockbuster or something to try before you buy

I love the dance mat games
(hottest party 1 , 2 and 3 are out, 4 is available end april in australia)

you can do it on basic which for me is moderate, or up it to get up a sweat.
You can do challenges or play in work out mode and just dance away to the music.

I just bought walk it out. I researched it on amazon and I read all the reviews. I have just started the game but it appears to be interesting and a good solution for those days that I just can't do the intensity of aerobics.
