My feet are in so much pain!
I have one giant blister on the side of my left big toe and one blister on each pads of my feet, right below my toes. They hurt, but I am determined not to let them hold me back from doing my workouts.
Does anyone have any good ways of getting rid of them, and preventing them in the first place?
The giant blister on my big toe, I made the mistake of popping and pulling the skin off... now I have a hole. I've been applying triple antibiotic ointment to it and keeping it covered.
I have been unable to drain the blisters on the pads of my feet, the skin is too thick and the blisters are too deep and I just can't stab myself...
