So I just started doing Billy's Bootcamp this week. I had some skin cancer removed from above my left buttocks today and I have some stitches. The nurse told me that I shouldn't be doing anything to irritate it obviously. She said I could walk, light run (VERY LIGHT), and some weight training. But no elliptical and obviously no kickboxing.
I'm bummed because I got into a routine and it's going to be interuppted for 10 days. I'm just a little concerned about my weight loss during that time.
I have my bands, my Wii Fit and obviously I can go take a walk. Does anyone have any tips? I'd really appreciate it!
