I think it's worth it. It has the multiplayer mode... and on the first version, you couldn't play with friends; so me and my friend would just often watch the other play and switch after awhile. But now.. we can take turns! Whoo-hoo!

Also has the benefits of what Tibouchina said - which I love. The only thing I don't like now is that it weighs me in kg when I prefer using lbs. The only way for me to fix that is to switch my Wii from Canada to USA... which I don't wanna!

I have both the original Wii Fit and the new Wii Fit Plus. I think it's definitely worth getting the new version. It has great new games, new body tests, allows for exercise routines so you don't have to stop for long between each activity, and allows for multiplayer which is nice for the family. My kids also like the new feature allowing for baby and animal profiles. Our cat now has her own profile.

I tried it out this morning, only issue I have with it, is being from Canada, with the wii fit plus they put the weight measurement in kilos. I don't know any canadians that use kilos to measure body weight, and currently the only way around it is to go to the main wii settings and to change your country to USA. From some searching on the net it seems they are working on a patch for it, but I never have mine hooked to the net, so, I guess according to the wii I am American now.

I just got one and I love it! It's the first time I've seen the scale go below 188. The calorie counter is nice, and I love that you can set up routines for yourself!

Has anyone here lost weight with it? How much?
