Who uses these and how well do they work? I have three, a really old Cindy Crawford Video, Gabby Logan Twin results workout (that i borrowed from a friend) and Dirty dancing workout. I did the Gabby Logan for a few weeks this summer and i don't think i lost anything but it sort of shifted and i apparently looked better. I really enjoy the Dirty Dancing one although it is exhausting.
Who else uses workout DVD's, which do you use and how well have they worked for you?
