i used to do tae bo all the time. i loved it! i could get through the whole workout no problem. not anymore! i did it tonight for the first time in a long time and oh my! i could barely keep up! when it was over i didn't feel like i had given it my all, but during it was all i could do to keep up! my muscles hurt so bad during! tomorrow i will try again and try to get through more of it!
i had a similar thing a few weeks ago..tried the "abblaster" class at my gym on tues night..and the weight machines on thursday night...i couldn't walk the entire weekend..OH MY GODDDDDD...great positive attitude that you have about going back...i haven't gotten the nerve to return to the ab class!
Feeling sore is the best part of the work-out, if you ask me. It's your body's way of telling you it's getting the work it needs. I can practically feel myself getting stronger!
