I am bumping it again because they just started offering this at my gym! I stayed away the first couple of weeks - I'm getting much braver with class experimentation but I was worried this would be so out of my league.
But I finally got over it and went the first time today and I am totally addicted already! It was so much fun, and I agree, the time definitely flew! There was just so much energy in the class.
I can't wait to go back -- I have to wait til MONDAY! Oh noes! I might wear my heart rate monitor too just to get a feel, I was too busy trying to keep up, I didn't even think about exertion but it felt like a really good workout.
