On to my review...I LOVED IT!
You get to look at amazing Carmen talking for way too long. Then she teaches these move that are SIMPLE to follow, and really fun. After repeating a few moves she guides you through a routine, where I have to say, I felt like I was really doing a striptease. It isn't crazy cardio aerobic. But there were a few times were I did get up to an aerobic level after learning the moves. And they were really fun, funny, sexy, and silly all at the same time!
The good thing about this video is it is doable for sedentary people, because it is a slower pace than most aerobic or dance videos.
Yet, it would be great for the higher fitness levels too, because you are moving your body in a way that you don't at the gym, or even in an aerobics class.
