Hey all,
I'm doing the Race for life again this year and I'm not as fit as the last time (two years ago) I know I dont have to run/jog it but I am using it as a fitness goal to work towards. My race is on the 27th June, its 5km. My time two years ago was 35 minutes. Not only do I want to raise money to help fight cancer I want to be fitter.
Any suggestions or tips for me?

You might want to look into the couch to 5K program at coolrunning.com. You don't have to start at the beginning (unless you want to) if you're coming off a position of doing some activity, but it's a good place to figure out a training schedule.
