Default Water Aerobics/Toning

Good morning everyone!

I was wondering of anyone had experience with at home water exercises? I have a few injuries (a dislocated several times knee cap, tore the heck out of the other's tendons and ligaments snowboarding when I was 15 , my back is also all messed up. I'm pretty much made of rubber ;p lots of 'double jointed-ness) which keeps me from really pushing myself but I am curious to try the water stuff to help tone my muscles and give myself some stability. Do you guys have any suggestions about the equipment or good instructional books?

Anyway, have a wonderful thursday!
