treadmill with sidebar handles?

Hey y'all--

I'm currently looking for a treadmill that has a high speed limit (meaning I or others in my family could walk at a slower pace at 4.0 mph or go running at 7 or 12 mph if I wanted to).

Problem is this: due to my hearing loss, I don't have very good balance and cannot walk on a treadmill at an aerobic pace unless I have sidebar handles.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of treadmills I've seen online that has high speed limits but does not have sidebar handles for someone like me to use.

Anyone know of any good treadmills with sidebar handles and high mph speed? (Brand name, type, and where it might be sold?)
