I have a bowflex
My husband and I just purchased and received a bowflex just about a month ago. We are both really happy with it. it was easy to put together and easy to use. My husband has less body fat than I do, and we've seen results on him already. I know I sound like a commercial, but i wasn't expecting it to work so fast.
I do see results on my body as well, but I have a ways to go yet. It comes with an eating plan, but we don't follow it. I follow weight watchers and my husband is diabetic, so he eats differently.
But all in all, I'm really glad that we made this purchase. They can be expensive, but ours wasn't too bad. We bought one from an earlier model year, but it's still brand new. it's also less expensive than two memberships at the Y, and I know we'll do this. Also, we're moving in a few months, so it's great that we can take this with us, and it doesn't take up much space.
My only regrets are not doing this sooner, and also not taking our pictures before we started.
