Lean Minced Beef
Tomatoes
Onions
Mushrooms
Seasoning
Topping:
2 eggs
plain lowfat cottage cheese
grated low-fat chedder cheese
cook the main ingredients in a pan together until meat is cooked. Put into an ovenproof dish. Meanwhile beat the eggs together with the cottage cheese. Pour this mixture over the meat and top with the grated cheese. Place under the grill for a couple of minutes - just enough to cook the egg and brown the cheese.
