While, of course, eating all of those fruit and veggie servings outright would be best for you, it's not always easy to do. I know it's not for me, anyway.
I personally take the Greens fairly regularly and feel wonderful from doing so. Since gaining weight over the past few years, I've been tired and felt crappy almost all of the time. Taking the Greens, I feel much better over all. I have energy to actually play with my kids and even exercise.
