Abgymnic and ab belts.
Has anyone else used this? Or something similar. I always thought it was hype. However, my boyfriends mom got one and after only five days...her results are visible and amazing.
The abgymnic apparently also can do legs and but with an extra.attachment she hs, but she hasn't tried it yet.
I used it last night, and this morning it did feel like I had done an ab workout.
Mind you, it was weird but never painful. My boyfriend laughed though at my reactions
I know.diet and exercise is the best way. It has worked for me but my.stomac is my problem area. So what do you all think about using it as an extra way to get results? Has anyone else tried it?
