Ah, more caffeine pills! That's all it is, they get caffeine from 6 sources and combine it to give it a fancy name. The other ingredient is clary sage, which is used in perfumes or as a flavor. Though they don't call it clary sage, they use their made-up term "Norambrolide".

I'm sorry to sound so cynical, it's just that all of these products are the same. It's usually the same ingredients, though they give them new names to try to fool the public. It's all in the marketing.

When someone develops a diet pill that really does do what they claim, we'll hear about it on CNN or from our doctors, and definitely from trusted medical establishments.

However, I will say that sometimes an initial quick loss the first week (even if it's just water, though we would recommend safer methods of going about it) can motivate you to keep up the good eating habits to lose the fat, and we hope you will stick around Join us in any of our healthy diet forums, we'd love to support you while you lose those 50 pounds

Hi kathy I think that is great. i too just had some success with loosing water and it dosent matter to me just as long as those scales say im lighter than i was!!!
I had great success with the regular Xenadrine a couple a years ago, even without effedra. Not everything works the same on everyone, and It seems to work for us.I hope that you have much success with or without it(Xen)!!

i've tried about everything xenadrine rfa1 and efx. i've been on lean system 7 hydroxycut ripped fuel and diet fuel (practically the same ingredients by 1 is 3 quid a bottle cheaper! i've been on thermobol. one month i took xenadrine lean system 7 and hydroxycut together * very very bad for you i've since discovered* the fact is they all work at shifting water and yes it did help motivate me to lose 90lb but that fact is one day your gonna have to come off them weather its cos your broke or your ill but when you do the water piles back on and the scales shoot up which really depresses you. they can help burn fat as i said i lost 90lb on them when i came off them i gained back 30 in a few months where i have stayed. i'm back on them now because they give me an amazing energy kick for training (i've been injured for 6 months)
