I have been reading about replacing coconut oil with other oils used in cooking. One study says you can lose 36 pounds in one year just doing this! No dieting or anything else.
After reading that I started searching the net to see what else was out there, and it seems to be a true statement.
Has anyone come across this, or use coconut oil in their cooking? Both documents I've read so far say that coconut oil raises metabolism, reducing the want to eat more at each sitting.
