has anyone read Jillian Michael's making the cut? It says it's for taking off the last 20 pounds... which is about how much I need to lose. Is it a crash type diet? Would it be the type of thing the weight would just come back on when I'm done? I was reading reviews on amazon and it says the foods are weird and you need a gym for the exercises, but than another review says you can do the workouts at home, so if someone can confirm it can be done without the gym would be nice.
