I just bought an over the door home gym by Gold's Gym and was wondering if anyone has used this and what type of results they got. Basically it's just resistance bands, but I tried it out this morning and feel like it really limbered me up, but didn't feel like I got a burning, sweating type of workout out. Does it really matter? I do have to admit, I feel kind of good! I just want to get toned up...
