does anyone else use this slimming aid from holland and barrett? ive bought some but im unsure wheather to take it.

Looking at the ingredients, there are no magical ingredients in it that would help you lose weight.

Apparently, your pill is actually a revamp of a formula that came around in the 1970s but went away because well it didn't work. Here is an article from Dr Weil on the subject of Apple cider vinegar.
