Thanks for the words of wisdom MyGirl, sometimes we just need reminding of our good qualitys. I will pick up a copy of that book and hopefully read it. I usually get as far as getting the book, but it may sit on the shelf if I am not careful. How's the exercise and dieting coming? I am doing ok in both areas, at the moment. I feel the sugar monster calling my name and I just think I will be better off if I don't give in to it. I could have a little piece of candy but it may lead to a lot more!
How was everyones valentines day? My was wonderful, I got candy, flowers and jewelery. Guess he wanted to cover all aspects, but that is alright by me. I have a new puppy, a Shihtzu, she is about 9wks old and very cute. An older couple got her and didn't consider all the work an un housebroken puppy is, so I ended up with her. She has adapted well, but I hate the whole housebreaking task, yuck, yuck, yuck! I keep reminding myself, this too shall pass. Good thing she is cute.
How are you doing Jennifa? Hope things are ok with you. Are you still following your strict woe? It will get easier, and you will be more motivated to stick with it once you start losing wt on it.
