Hi all. I am type II and I've been battling 30 pounds forever.
Starting yesterday, I returned to my Glucerna plan. 1 shake for breakfast, fruit snack, 1 shake for lunch, fruit snack. Dinner--whatever it is, 1 plate.
I made it through Monday quite happily, and I feel back in control. Keeping it simple until dinner is great way to go. I'll stick with this until it bores me, then for variety I will switch out the lunch shake for Progresso soup or a salad with protein.
I know I can do it. I got this!!!
Anyone else use the Glucerna (or similar) products?
